Ingrid Deltenre is the incoming Director General of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). Deltenre joins the EBU from Swiss Broadcaster SRG SSR where she has most recently served as Director. She succeeded Jean Réveillon who decided not to seek an extension to his six-year mandate, which ends on 31 January 2010. Deltenre is expected to take up the post at the beginning of 2010.
