Dr. Mitchell Berger, chairman of the department of neurological surgery at the University of California-San Francisco School of Medicine, agreed to serve on the NFL Head, Neck and Spine Medical Committee ((formerly known as the NFL Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Committee) as of March 2010.
