Dr Andreas Jacobs, Vice-Chairman of Infront Sports & Media, represents the majority shareholder of Infront Sports & Media, Jacobs Holding AG, became acting Chairman of the group following the death of its Chairman of the Board and one of its major shareholders, Robert Louis-Dreyfus at the age of 63 on Saturday, July 4, 2009.
