Bernard Lapasset is chairman of the IRB.
He played for Agen, winning the French Junior Championship in 1967, and for the the PUC (Paris Université Club). He was the FFR's Secretary General in 1991 becoming President the following year. He also served as Chairman of the International Rugby Football Board in 1995.
