Ex-UEFA executive lands CAA role

Philippe Le Floc’h, former UEFA marketing director, has been appointed by Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Sports to identify sponsorship, sales and media opportunities in the Middle East and Asia.

At UEFA, Le Floc’h oversaw the re-branding of the UEFA Cup into the newly-created Europa League and doubled the global revenues of the Champions League.

“Philippe is one of the most talented, effective, and accomplished executives in global sports,” said Peter Kenyon, head of the CAA Sports international executive team. “His expertise and experience will be instrumental as we continue to expand the reach and capabilities of CAA Sports within the international market.”

Also part of CAA Sports international team are Phil Lines, former director of Media Operations and International Broadcasting for the English Premier League, and Chris Woerts, former International Business Development director and a member of the Executive Board at the English Premier League club Sunderland.
