Each year, The Academy of Sport (AISTS - The International Academy of Sports Science & Technology) offers continuing education seminars for sports management professionals and organises the MSA - Master of Advanced Studies in Sport Administration and Technology, a unique postgraduate sports management programme, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, the Olympic Capital. With the International Olympic Committee as one of its founding members, the academy is strongly linked to the core values of the Olympic Movement.
The MSA is aimed at professional individuals wishing to broaden their knowledge in the disciplines of sports business and economics, technology, law, sociology, and medicine, to get a stronger skill set for their existing or desired career in sports management. Ideal candidates are sports enthusiasts with an undergraduate degree plus a masters degree and/or work experience.
Experts from within the sports industry as well as renowned professors blend scientific knowledge with real world understanding to prepare students for the development of a successful career as future leaders in modern sport. The MSA diploma is co-signed by the University of Geneva, University of Lausanne (UNIL), Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (IDHEAP).
