ACME Communications currently owns and operates six broadcast television stations in medium-sized markets across the United States. Five of our six stations, all of which were previously WB Television Network affiliates, are affiliated with The CW Television Network.
Our second station in Albuquerque is a MyNetworkTV affiliate. Both The CW and MyNetworkTV are new networks launched in September 2006. Our television stations broadcast in markets that reach, in aggregate, approximately 2.2% of the total U.S. television households.
In addition, the Company also owns and produces The Daily Buzz, a three-hour weekday morning news program that currently airs on all of our stations and over 130 other stations across the country, reaching approximately 32% of the total U.S. television households.
