Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager is a key member of the ATP Marketing Team, with a focus on events and experiential marketing related to the ATP’s season-ending tournament at The O2 in London, the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals. The Marketing Manager also supports a range of marketing initiatives across the ATP World Tour, including marketing materials, research, charity programming, sponsor initiatives, and the ATP’s weekly TV show.
Key Responsibilities:
Barclays ATP World Tour Finals
- Tournament gala party
- Liaise with Great Ormond Street Hospital event team to ensure success of tournament gala party and planning/delivery of internal stakeholder requirements
- Work with ATP Properties team to ensure delivery of sponsor requirements
- Tournament events
- Plan and deliver tournament-related events during the year including ticket launch press conference, tournament draw
- On-site marketing activation
- Develop and manage ATP’s on-site marketing activation plans
- Support sponsor marketing activation plans on-site
- On-site operations
- Work with operations team on delivery of tournament requirements
- Experiential marketing
- Develop and manage experiential marketing projects in support of the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals throughout the year including Wimbledon kiosk and marquee
- Tournament website
- Liaise with ATP Digital team on delivery of content for tournament website
- Merchandise
- Help to develop Barclays ATP World Tour Finals range
- Act as liaison with merchandising partner to deliver on-site point of sales
- Act as liaison with ATP Properties team to deliver any sponsor merchandise requirements
- IMG Hospitality
- Manage relationship with IMG Hospitality marketing team
- Support IMG Hospitality’s marketing projects
- Ensure marketing and print collateral is in line with tournament look and feel
ATP World Tour:
- ATP World Tour Uncovered:
- Manage relationship with ATP World Tour Uncovered Production Manager to arrange/confirm shoot logistics
- Work with ATP World Tour Uncovered Production Team to assist in content planning
- Print collateral
- Development of ATP World Tour print collateral including season preview book and sponsorship brochures
- Research
- Assist on ATP research projects
- ATP Charity Programme
- Assist with promotion and development of ATP charity programming
Education/Experience/Competencies Required:
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing / event management / sponsorship in the sports or entertainment industry

- Proven experience planning and executing consumer and press events
- Proven experience managing vendors and budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in a foreign language strongly preferred, but not mandatory
