Marc Márquez (125cc) 3rd Spanish World Champion in 2010

INFOSTRADA SPORTS, 8 November - Marc Márquez was crowned 125cc champion in Valencia on Sunday. Spanish riders have now won all three classes (125cc, Moto2 and MotoGP) in 2010. The last time all three World Champions came from one nation was in 1975, when Italy won the titles through Giacomo Agostini (500cc), Walter Villa (250cc) and Paolo Pileri (125cc).

  • Marc Márquez won 11 races this season. He has equalled Valentino Rossi’s record for most 125cc race wins in a season (11 wins in 1997).
