The First Black Sea International Regatta (in 2008 took place the first edition) is supported by Yacht Club Romania, Pontos Sailing Team Bulgaria and Odessa International Yacht Club.
The 45 nm offshore race will start from Balchik, Bulgaria, having like end point Mangalia, Romania.
Additionally there will be two days of in shore races - one in Balchik, one in Mangalia.
For the 2009 edition participating yachts from Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia and Turkey are expected.
